We ship worldwide. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Orders over R$350 qualify for free standard shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To request a return, please contact us at contact@thebbsbox.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To keep your piece looking its best:

• Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle
• Use cold water and a mild detergent
• Do not bleach or tumble dry
• Lay flat or hang to dry, away from direct sunlight
• Iron on low heat if needed, or use a garment steamer
