Return window. U.S. orders: you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. International orders (including Brazil): you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Swimwear is eligible for return only with the hygiene liner intact.

Resolution. Approved returns are issued as store credit — with 10% added to your balance as a thank-you. Store credit is valid for 12 months. Refunds to the original payment method are provided when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and may be offered in other situations reviewed individually by our support team.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How it works. Email contact@thebbsbox.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We reply within 24–48 hours with instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us. Once your return is received and approved, your credit (or refund, where applicable) is issued within 5 business days.

Exchanges. Size exchanges for the same item are available subject to stock — contact us and we'll help.

European Union. If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, under the EU cooling-off period. Items must meet the eligibility conditions above.
