Shipping Policy
Processing. Orders are processed within 1β3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery. Please allow up to 20 business days from order confirmation for delivery. Most orders arrive sooner. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships β follow it anytime on our Track Your Order page.
U.S. shipping rates. Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a $4.95 flat rate.
International. We ship to the countries available at checkout; international shipping is charged at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility. For Brazil, prices and shipping are shown in BRL at checkout.
Wrong or incomplete address. Contact us at contact@thebbsbox.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
