ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary by country. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery through our Track Your Order page.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thebbsbox.com if you need to make any changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To request a return, please contact us at contact@thebbsbox.com with your order number and reason for return.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. Please contact our team at contact@thebbsbox.com to initiate an exchange.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@thebbsbox.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
