Returns & Refunds

If it isn't quite right, send it back. You choose how you're paid back.

Return window. U.S. orders: request a return within 30 days of delivery. International orders (including Brazil): request a return within 14 days of delivery.

What can come back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags attached. Swimwear can be returned only with the hygiene liner intact.

Your choice: refund or credit +10%. Once your return is received and approved, pick one:

  • A full refund of the item price to your original payment method.
  • Store credit for the item price plus 10% extra, as a thank-you. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Tell us your choice when you request the return. We issue it within 5 business days of approval. Card refunds can take a few extra business days to show, depending on your bank.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case we cover it and refund you in full.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email contact@thebbsbox.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll make it right at no extra cost.

How it works.

  1. Email contact@thebbsbox.com with your order number, the item, the reason, and whether you'd like a refund or store credit +10%.
  2. We reply within 24-48 hours with instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.
  3. Once your return arrives and is approved, we issue your refund or credit within 5 business days.

Exchanges. Need a different size of the same piece? Size exchanges are available subject to stock. Contact us and we'll help.

European Union. If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, under the EU cooling-off period, and receive a refund to your original payment method. Items must meet the conditions above.
