At The BB's Box, we want every order to feel easy, clear, and supported from checkout to delivery. If something is not right with your order, our team is here to help.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
How To Request A Return
Email us at contact@thebbsbox.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Our customer support team will review your request and send the next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns are handled by mail. Please do not send an item back before contacting our support team.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thebbsbox.com. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue quickly.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 10 days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Sale And Exceptions
Items that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, missing tags, or outside the 14-day return window may not be eligible for return.
