Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To request a return, please contact us at contact@thebbsbox.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Lay flat or hang to dry, away from direct sunlight
